About Norm Dunlap

Norm Dunlap brings decades of experience in logistics, operations, and packaging to his role at Atlantic Packaging. Prior to joining Atlantic, Norm spent over a decade in the trucking and transportation industry, serving as an operations manager and later in sales. His deep understanding of logistics made him the ideal leader when he joined Atlantic in April 2000 as branch manager of the Greensboro facility, a central hub for inventory control, distribution, protective packaging, and paper converting.

In 2006, Norm became part of Atlantic’s Senior Management group, where he continues to play a pivotal role. He manages key sales accounts, particularly in the chemical industry, specializing in bagging and boxed packaging for liquids. He also collaborates with other senior leaders to support customers in the manufacturing and processing sectors.

Beyond sales, Norm is committed to maintaining a strategic balance between Atlantic’s manufacturing operations and its inventory and distribution services. He keeps the team focused on delivering comprehensive packaging solutions – from labels, printing, and folding cartons to films, corrugated, and other materials – ensuring that Atlantic remains a trusted partner for customers with diverse packaging needs.
